The WFS V7 is designed for limitless freeride, combining effortless control, refined aerodynamics and intuitive handling.

It delivers a light, clean and responsive feel across freeride, freestyle progression and wave riding. With efficient power generation, stable drift and predictable control, the WFS V7 is built to perform across a wide wind range and different riding styles.

Design & Construction

The WFS V7 is built for freeride performance with effortless drift, efficient power generation and confidence in any condition.

Optimised canopy tension and a refined V profile increase the wind range and improve direct response. The exoskeleton centre frame stiffening on the leading edge increases rigidity, while reduced drag and turbulence support crisp handling, fast response and better free fly balance.

Premium materials include Teijin X4 ripstop, an X6 reinforced trailing edge and XT 2.0 woven fabric for durability, stability and controlled stiffness.

Technology

• XT 2.0
  High-tenacity cloth used in the inflatable structures. It allows twist while balancing stability and stiffness. Developed with Teijin for strength and performance, with a UV-resistant coating and precision weave for durability.
• X4 Ripstop
  Tough and tear-resistant canopy fabric for long-term performance. The 4×4 ripstop polyester construction has minimal stretch, added UV protection and supports dynamic responsiveness.
• X6 Ripstop
  Lightweight ultra-high-tenacity polyester yarn used in the trailing edge. It adds stability and tension, reduces flutter and improves force transition between the inflatable structure and canopy.
• Push Lock
  Simple valve operation for easy setup and pack-down. Push and turn counter-clockwise for inflation, push down and turn clockwise for deflation.
• CS Carbon Wing Bar
  Light and stiff carbon composite wing bar with two integrated attachment points on the middle strut.
• 2 Window Panels
  Two large window panels provide optimum visibility. Strong transparent PVC material adds durability.
• Leash Attachment
  Leash attachment points are featured on all Eleveight wings.
• Exoskeleton Centre Frame Stiffening
  The two centre segments of the leading edge are additionally reinforced with an extra layer of XT 2.0 to increase rigidity.
• German Made PU Bladder Material
  Tough, lightweight German-made material forms the core inflatable bladder structure and supports long-lasting performance and reliability.
• Load Dynamic Triple Seam
  Triple-stitched, reinforced leading-edge closing seam prevents stitch movement and maximises durability. Extra centre reinforcements handle higher loads, while high-strength adhesive seam tapes increase rigidity.
• Ultra-Light Load Diffuser
  X6 ripstop fabric creates a lightweight, stable transition between the canopy and trailing edge. Double layers reinforce the tear line, reduce flapping and support aerodynamic shape and durability.
• 2 Step Force Transition
  Extra double X6 layer between inflatable frame and X4 ripstop for optimised load transition, enhanced stability and protected load transfer.
